Senior Manager, Engineering (Remote – Mexico)

As we continue expanding our Engineering team in Mexico, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager Engineering to lead high-performing software teams and help drive the next generation of scalable technology solutions.

What you’ll do:
• Lead multiple software engineering teams (10–15+ engineers) across different product areas.
• Drive engineering excellence through Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, and Design teams to define technical strategy and deliver business impact.
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineering leaders and software engineers.
• Improve software quality, scalability, performance,



and operational excellence.
• Lead platform modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage engineering metrics, resource planning, and delivery execution.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams across the organization.

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams within multinational or global technology organizations.
• Strong background building cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience working with distributed and remote teams.
• Knowledge of software development in regulated environments (SOC 2, HIPAA) is a plus.
