Job Offer: Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Division: Terra Exports – Corporate Division
Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Las Vegas (PST time)
Work days: Monday to Friday
Location: Remote (anywhere in Mexico)

Responsibilities & Duties
-Monitor clients’ aging reports and keep up with client payments and statuses.
-Keep track and process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
-Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording account receivable data.
-Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.




-Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
-Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
-Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the company by sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts.
-Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
Required
-2+ years of experience in accounts receivable position.
-Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
-Very detail-oriented.
-Excellent English is highly required.
-Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
-Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
-Data entry skills along with knack for numbers.
-Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software.
