Role: Senior ETL Developer

Location Requirement
: Guadalajara, Hybrid.

What Does success mean in this role?
- Design, develop, and maintain
ETL/ELT processes
for data integration from multiple sources.
- Build and optimize
data pipelines
to support data warehousing, reporting, and analytics.
- Extract, transform, and load large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Ensure
data quality, accuracy, and consistency
across systems.




- Troubleshoot ETL workflows and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Implement data validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes.
- Maintain documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows.
- Support production deployments and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
- Participate in
Agile development processes
(Scrum/Kanban).

Daily Activities:
- Minimum
5 years of experience
as an ETL Developer or in data integration roles.
- Strong experience with ETL tools such as:
- Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage, or similar
- Proficiency in
SQL and relational databases
(e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with
data warehousing concepts
(star schema, snowflake schema, dimensional modeling).
- Strong understanding of
data transformation, cleansing, and validation techniques
.
- Experience handling
large-scale data processing
.
- Familiarity with
scripting languages
(Python, Shell, or similar)
