Credit to Cash Manager
Role Summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an agile and strategic Credit to Cash (C2C) Manager to champion cash flow optimization and lead our end-to-end accounts receivable operations for North America. Based in Mexico City and reporting directly to the CBS Credit to Cash Director,



you will serve as the primary financial bridge and single point of contact for the business. In this role, you will monitor process efficiencies, manage high-level customer escalations, and drive key AR reporting metrics. Responsibilities
- Process Excellence: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across deductions, collections, credit management, and cash application to maximize quality and efficiency.
- Financial Close & Reporting: Lead the month-end close process, establishing bad debt and cash discount reserve analyses, preparing executive commentary, and driving monthly performance alignment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Development Organizations (CDO), Finance Managers, and Customer Business Services (CBS) to resolve past-due balances, credit holds, and quarterl
