Admattic is a integral performance marketing and media solutions company working with leading brands across fintech, gaming, e-commerce, mobility, remittance, consumer apps, and digital services. We help advertisers scale through OEMs, Ad Networks, DSPs, CTV, In-App and Programmatic channels across India, SEA, MENA, LATAM and other global markets.

What You'll Be Doing
- Drive new business acquisition across brands, agencies and app-first businesses.
- Build and leverage your existing relationships within the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Prospect and onboard new advertisers through outbound efforts, networking and referrals.




- Identify opportunities across both Performance Marketing and Branding campaigns.
- Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal creation, negotiations and commercial closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and solution-oriented pitches.
- Work closely with internal Strategy, Supply and Product teams to develop customized media plans.
- Successfully transition won accounts to the Client Success team while maintaining executive-level relationships.
- Represent Admattic at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
- Consistently build a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, adtech, performance marketing or agency partnerships.
- Strong relationships with brands and media agencies in India.
