ScaleWise is a nearshore talent and delivery partner connecting skilled professionals in Mexico with US-based technology companies. We currently support the delivery team of a fast-growing SaaS company in the project and portfolio management space, helping their enterprise clients implement and adopt their platform successfully. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across Mexico, working closely with a distributed delivery team across North America.

What you'll do:
- Participate in client discovery sessions to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Configure software, workflows, reports, and integrations
- Lead or support implementation delivery from requirements through go-live
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during testing and after launch
- Train end users and drive adoption of new solutions
- Document implementation work clearly for internal and client use

Experiencia y requisitos

What you need:
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in professional services, technical consulting,



or implementation-focused customer success roles
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI — this is a core requirement for the role
- Experience with enterprise software configuration, requirements gathering, testing, and change management
- Comfort working within the Microsoft ecosystem and general familiarity with project and portfolio management (PPM) concepts and tools, whether Microsoft-based or from a comparable platform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have:
- Experience with Power Automate
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project or Project Online
- Power Platform certifications (PL-200, MB-210)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration
