(TN Visa Advisors, Kettelsen International Recruiting, and Panyeah), we are currently seeking a
Outbound Sales Development Representative
. This role is focused on generating and developing new business opportunities with U.S. companies, building strong client relationships,



and supporting the growth of our recruiting and immigration services.
Strong sales focus

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in sales or business development, and the ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions. We offer ongoing training, close support, well-defined processes, and a strong culture of attention to detail.
Advanced English is required.

Responsibilities

· Proactively engage potential clients through
cold outreach
, marketing initiatives, and innovative sales strategies.

· Ability to schedule a video call with prospect leads to sell the service in full.

· Build and maintain the
Sales Playbook
, including messaging, objection handling, and conversion workflows.

· Leverage sales technologies such as
Lusha
and CRM tools to source leads and execute
100+ outbound calls per day
.

· Develop and execute strategies
