Finance & Tax Accountant Specialist | Mexico

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Finance & Tax Accountant
to join our growing fintech team.

In this role, you'll support the accounting, tax, and regulatory activities of our
SOFIPO
and
S.A. de C.V.
entities, working closely with local and integral finance teams to ensure compliance, accurate financial reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly closing activities for 4–5 legal entities.
- Prepare reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
- Support tax calculations, filings, and CFDI issuance.
- Review petty cash and employee expense reimbursements.
- Assist with banking operations and treasury activities.




- Support regulatory reporting and CNBV compliance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3–5 years of experience in
CNBV-regulated institutions
(SOFIPOs, Banks, SOFOMEs, Credit Unions) or auditing them.
- Advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
- Familiarity with SAT and Mexican tax regulations.
- Intermediate to Advanced English (required).
