What You’ll Own
- Drive service excellence by evaluating customer interactions against client defined quality standards and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Deliver meaningful feedback that strengthens Customer Service Representative performance and contributes to higher quality outcomes for cardholders.
- Create visibility into quality trends by maintaining accurate scoring, reporting and performance tracking that informs business decisions.
- Influence continuous improvement by identifying recurring themes and opportunities that enhance service consistency and client satisfaction.




- Build strong partnerships with customer service teams to encourage quality focused behaviors and reinforce best practices.
- Contribute to client confidence by ensuring quality reviews are completed accurately, consistently and in line with established requirements.
- Strengthen operational effectiveness by supporting quality initiatives, reporting activities and process improvements that drive measurable results.
- Maintain service continuity by stepping in to address customer inquiries when needed, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to evaluate information accurately and consistently.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to provide constructive feedback.
