YOUR OPPORTUNITY
This role is the General Process Lead (GPL) for Make covering Manufacturing and Maintenance, reporting into the Global Process Owner for Make.



As the GPL for Manufacturing and Maintenance, you will work within a broader Global Transformation Process. You will be the enterprise lead of Bacardi’s global Make and Maintenance processes, with a specific mandate to drive Maintenance Excellence and Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) across manufacturing operations. You will define, govern, and continuously improve Bacardi’s end to end Make and Maintenance process architecture, ensuring it is fit-for-purpose, standardized, scalable, and embedded into SAP S/4HANA. This role is critical to delivering reliable operations, asset performance, safety, quality, and cost competitiveness across Bacardi’s global manufacturing network.
