Responsible for providing employment and placement capability to ensure the offering of qualified candidates to management and identifying internal growth opportunities for successful employees. Oversees recruiting, screening, placement, onboarding and transfers of potential and current employees. Develops the companies employment brand. Develops and maintains college relation programs as well as pursues a diverse employment program to ensure the company’s commitment as an equal opportunity employer. Ensures that employment and placement activities conform with federal and state laws.

What You’ll Do




- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hire managers to understand talent landscape and capabilities needed for the future so that you can develop comprehensive strategies to attract quality candidates
- Leverage a diverse range of channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage potential candidates
- Conduct resume screening, select qualified candidates, and conduct initial phone screen to assess qualifications and communicate key aspects of the role and our culture
- Coach hiring managers on conducting effective behavioral interviews; coordinate and participate in interview processes and provide recommendations to assist in hiring decisions
- Develop and manage relationships with third-party recruiters for specialized and executive roles
