We are looking for a highly proactive and self-sufficient
Business Intelligence Analyst
to join a fast-paced BI team supporting stakeholders across the United States.

This role is idóneo for someone who can independently own end-to-end analytics projects, from requirements gathering to solution delivery and business adoption, with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own BI projects end-to-end: requirements, SQL development, implementation, validation, and stakeholder adoption
- Analyze large-scale enterprise datasets (100M+ rows) to generate actionable insights
- Perform deep data investigation and root cause analysis
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, workflows, and reporting
- Develop scalable and automated solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual work

Required Qualifications:




- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles
- Advanced SQL expertise (must-have) with experience in large-scale data environments
- Strong experience working with enterprise-level datasets (100M+ rows)
- Proven ability to independently deliver high-impact analytics projects
- Experience with data modeling, performance optimization, and workflow automation
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to ramp up quickly and work with minimal guidance

Preferred Experience:
- Experience with SQL-based query generation tools or advanced analytics workflows
- Exposure to guided analytics, BI assistance features, or insight generation systems
- Experience with enterprise-scale data quality monitoring
