We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who will serve as the operational and analytical partner to our Head of Marketing. This role is responsible for turning strategy into execution by creating structure, improving processes, ensuring every campaign is measurable, and providing the insights needed to make smarter marketing decisions.

Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Partner directly with the Head of Marketing to transform strategic initiatives into clear execution plans.
- Develop campaign briefs, launch documentation, and marketing roadmaps.
- Support annual and quarterly planning initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic decision-making.
