Property Management Coordinator (Remote | Latin America)

We're looking for a Property Management Coordinator who keeps operations running smoothly. You'll be the link between tenants, property owners, and vendors, making sure maintenance gets scheduled, questions get answered, and every detail is followed through.

If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy keeping people informed, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do
- Communicate with tenants and property owners by phone, email, and online portals
- Coordinate maintenance requests and manage work orders from start to finish
- Support leasing by processing applications, screenings, lease preparation, and renewals
- Follow up on rent collections and delinquent accounts
- Maintain accurate records and update property management software
- Track vendor compliance and keep documentation current

What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in coordination, administration, customer support, or property management
- Professional English and Spanish communication skills,



both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently follow through
- Comfortable learning and using CRMs, property management software, and online portals
- A customer-focused mindset when working with tenants, owners, and vendors

Bonus Points
- Experience in property management or real estate
- Familiarity with AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar platforms
- Experience working remotely for a U.S. or international company
