About the role

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Account Manager to manage a portfolio of clients and coordinate digital marketing projects across Paid Media, Creative, Affiliate Marketing, Website Development, Analytics, and other services.

You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, manage timelines and deliverables, coordinate internal teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
- Build strong relationships and understand each client’s business and marketing goals.
- Coordinate projects across Paid Media, Creative, Development, Affiliate Marketing, and Analytics.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities, budgets, and scope changes.
- Lead recurring client meetings and follow up on action items.
- Identify project risks and resolve issues before they affect delivery.
- Review campaign performance and communicate insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts.




- Maintain project documentation and updates in CRM and project management platforms.
- Provide regular status reports to clients and internal leadership.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Project Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Previous experience working in a marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including Paid Media, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and Web Development.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Advanced English, both written and spoken.
- Strong client-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables.
- Experience with tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
