Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Lead

Role Overview

Lead the architecture, governance, administration, security, release management, and overall health of the ServiceNow platform. Drive platform standards, architectural decisions, upgrades, integrations, and release processes while ensuring platform stability, scalability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, and operating model.
- Configure and manage Security Center and Advanced High Availability (AHA).
- Manage platform security, cloning, patching, upgrades, and instance health.
- Optimize license allocation, usage reporting, and platform performance.
- Define architecture standards, data models, CMDB architecture, and CSDM implementation.
- Evaluate business requirements and provide scalable platform solutions.
- Manage release planning, code promotion, deployments, CAB approvals, and change management.
- Coordinate releases across development, testing, and production environments.




- Resolve deployment conflicts and ensure release governance compliance.
- Drive platform improvements, technical debt remediation, and best practices.
- Support integrations, platform versioning, plugins, widgets, and application deployments.
- Maintain activity calendars, platform communications, and incident management.
- Drive zero SLA failures across incidents and requests.

Required Skills
- 9+ years of ServiceNow platform implementation and administration experience.
- Strong ServiceNow development skills (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and security models.
- Experience with CMDB architecture and CSDM implementation.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and CMDB modules.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server.
- Experience managing ServiceNow releases, upgrades, patching, cloning, and deployments.
