Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading creative productions across AV, digital, BTL, and traditional media.
- Strong project management skills, with proven experience managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams from concept to delivery.
- Expertise developing production strategies and executing high-quality marketing campaigns at scale.
- The ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining excellence,



attention to detail, and operational efficiency.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with the agility to anticipate challenges, adapt quickly, and drive creative problem-solving.
- Deep experience building strong partnerships with agencies, production companies, and vendors to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Curiosity for emerging trends across entertainment, design, technology, advertising, and culture, with a continuous drive to elevate creative execution.
- Professional-level English communication skills.
- Experience with digital experiences, virtual reality, or immersive technologies is a plus.
