We are seeking a
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
with a strategic mindset and international experience to lead and optimize the global operations of our architecture firm. This executive role will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and profitability of our projects and business operations by aligning teams, processes, and resources with the firm's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee the firm's integral operational strategy.
- Ensure the successful execution of architectural projects from concept through final delivery.
- Coordinate human and technical resources across international offices.
- Optimize operational processes, methodologies, and production standards, including BIM, QA/QC, and project documentation.
- Monitor financial and operational performance metrics, including profitability, productivity, billing, costs, and KPIs.
- Lead innovation initiatives, digital transformation, and continuous improvement programs.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and results-driven organizational culture.




- Partner with Human Resources to develop and execute talent development and retention strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of
10 years of executive leadership experience
within architecture, engineering, construction, or multidisciplinary design firms. Experience as a senior project leader or operations executive is required.
- Proven experience leading international operations and multidisciplinary projects.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, strategic planning, and cross-cultural management skills.
