Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Residential Architect role based in Mexico City, Mexico. The role involves creating innovative architectural designs, drafting plans and blueprints, and coordinating with clients to develop project requirements. The architect will be expected to collaborate with project teams, oversee project management tasks,



and ensure adherence to design standards and construction deadlines.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture, with experience in creating detailed project drawings and plans
- Strong Project Management skills, including team coordination and ensuring timely project completion
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration to work efficiently with design tools and technology
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Professional or educational background in Architecture or related fields
- Experience in residential architecture or construction projects is a plus
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Mexico
