Requirements
- Experience on similar jobs of at least 3 years
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Experience in recruitment
- Pre-payroll
- Efficient management of sensitive documents
- Proactive

Responsibilities
- Leads the overall recruiting process mainly for hourly jobs, but not limited to it
- Partners with hiring managers to screen candidates, conduct interviews, and select best fit talent for the assigned open positions.
- Responsible to schedule and lead orientations for any new employee
- Supports organization of company events
- Organizes, conducts, and continually improves new employee orientation; creates a positive first experience of the company.
- Drives positive organizational culture with emphasis on safety,



fun in the workplace, and cross functional teamwork.
- Maintains accurate and up to date employee related databases and/or in HRIS systems/files.
- Manage registration and termination of benefits of all employees
- Manages and responds inquiries regarding benefit programs, as well as update it as needed
- Educates and supports employees in the use of the self-service applications available to them
- Partner with payroll to provide weekly reporting of incidences
- Support with investigations of disciplinary reports, and further process when needed
