We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented accountant who can also support day-to-day operations.

This is not a basic accounting role. You’ll be involved in both financial management and operational execution, helping keep the business running smoothly.

You’ll work directly with leadership to keep numbers clean, fix problems, and improve systems across the company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Accounting:
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
- Handle reconciliations and day-to-day accounting tasks
- Identify and fix discrepancies proactively
- Organize and track expenses, payments, and financial data

Operations:
- Support daily business operations and internal processes
- Help manage systems, workflows, and task tracking
- Identify inefficiencies and improve how things are done
- Assist with coordination across team members and departments
- Help implement tools, automations, and better processes

What We’re Looking For:




- Must live in Mérida, Yucatán
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Curious and always looking to improve processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive — you take initiative without waiting to be told
- Comfortable handling both numbers and operations

Nice to Have:
- Experience with QuickBooks, CONTPAQi, or similar
- Experience with tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, or project management software
- Exposure to automations or system integrations
- Experience in a fast-paced or growing company
