We're looking for a
Business Management / Finance Operations
professional to support a general CIO organization by managing financial requests, contract workflows, and cross-functional coordination.

? Location: 100% Remote – Mexico ONLY

? Engagement: Freelance Contractor (independent contractor) with payment in USD.

What we're looking for:

✅ 4+ years of professional experience

✅
2–5 years in Procurement, Sourcing, Finance, Vendor Management, or Supply Chai
n

✅ Advanced Microsoft
Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data analysis)

✅ Experience with
ERP/Procurement tools such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or ServiceNow

✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Experience coordinating financial requests and contract processes

⭐ Big Plus:



Candidates with a consulting background (Big 4 such as KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, or EY).

English is mandatory
. Candidates must have excellent spoken and written English and be comfortable participating in meetings with global teams.
