We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function in Mexico and partner closely with our U.S. leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting and finance activities for the Mexico operation.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
- Monitor operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican tax, labor, and accounting regulations.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and government agencies.
- Partner with operational leaders to provide financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting, and internal controls.
- Assist with the implementation and optimization of ERP and QuickBooks systems.
- Present financial results and key business insights directly to the U.S. executive team in English.

Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.
- Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and cash flow management.
- Solid understanding of Mexican tax, accounting, and labor regulations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and/or QuickBooks is a plus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
