Puesto comprometido con la calidad y la inocuidad alimentaria desempeñando actividades de forma directa e indirecta diseñando, desarrollando, obteniendo, fabricando, distribuyendo y/o vendiendo nuestros productos para satisfacer a nuestros clientes y consumidores.

Es responsable de la gestión, administración, control y ejecución de los proyectos de Procesos de Transformación Industrial, Cocinas Industriales e Integraciones de líneas productivas, de principio a su fin (cierre financiero). Así también, es responsable de asegurar que todos los proyectos Capital asignados cumplan con un adecuado diseño sanitario, cumplan con estándares internos corporativos y externos normativos en materias de Seguridad y Calidad.
