UX Researcher & UX Copywriter

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX Researcher & UX Copywriter to help design intuitive digital experiences through user research, usability testing, and clear, engaging content. The adecuado candidate will combine research, analytics, and UX writing skills to improve product usability and customer satisfaction while collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user interviews to gather customer insights and understand user needs.
- Design and execute usability testing sessions to evaluate product effectiveness and identify usability issues.
- Support and analyze A/B testing initiatives to optimize user experience and content.
- Create clear, concise, and user-friendly UX copy for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and review wireframes and prototypes in collaboration with UX/UI designers.
- Analyze user behavior and product performance using analytics tools to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers,



and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Present research findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Maintain documentation of research findings, usability reports, and content guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UX research, UX writing, or user experience design.
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Strong UX writing and content strategy skills.
- Experience creating or reviewing wireframes and prototypes.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and interpreting user behavior data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
