Our client is a boutique digital marketing agency working with premium clients across interior design, hospitality, and home services. They help brands organize and execute their marketing efforts through social media, creative content, design support, video production, and day-to-day marketing operations.

About the Role

They’re looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to help manage social media content pipelines, produce basic creative assets, edit short-form videos, and support the operational tasks that keep client work moving smoothly.

This role is idóneo for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, coachable, and comfortable juggling multiple brands and tasks at the same time.

Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the social media content pipeline across multiple client accounts.
- Schedule and publish posts on time,



making sure content stays on-brand.
- Create and edit graphics using existing brand kits, templates, and creative guidelines.
- Edit short-form videos for social media, including clips and Reels.
- Organize footage, creative assets, folders, and client materials.
- Support daily agency operations, including task coordination and recurring processes.
- Follow documented SOPs and help improve processes over time.
- Communicate clearly with the internal team and keep work moving without needing constant follow-up.

Requirements
- Basic experience with social media posting and scheduling.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
