Role Description

We're hiring a
Contract Freight Sales Representative
to join our team in Guadalajara.

In this role, you'll receive qualified leads from our cold-calling team and be responsible for contacting those leads, introducing yourself, understanding their shipping needs, preparing freight quotes, and consistently following up until they become active customers.

Success in this role depends on your willingness to pick up the phone.
You'll spend a significant portion of your day making outbound calls, building relationships, and following up with prospective customers. While the leads are provided, it's your responsibility to proactively work them until they become long-term customers.





Once a customer begins shipping with Match Freight Lines, you'll continue managing and growing that account while earning recurring commissions on every shipment they book.

To help you maximize your time, we have a dedicated Shipment Management Team. You can choose to manage your customers' shipments yourself or hand them off to our operations team, allowing you to focus on sales, building relationships, and growing your customer portfolio.

Compensation
- Contract position
- 18,000 MXN monthly base salary
- 15% uncapped commission on the gross profit generated by your customer portfolio
- Opportunity to build recurring commission income as your customer portfolio grows, with ongoing earnings as long as your customers continue booking shipments and you continue growing your book of business.
