Overview
This role is responsible for delivering a continuous supply of cost-effective, service orientated, timely and responsiveness for Events, Marketing & Sales. He/she will drive the efficient and effective implementation of sourcing strategies and manages supplier performance on a day-to-day basis, acts as the first point of contact for suppliers. Events, Marketing & Sales category covers services such as, Agencies for Creative and Media Planning and Buying, Public Relations, Market Research, Printed Materials, Consumer Promotions, etc. This position is responsible to connect and align local, regional, and general key stakeholders involved in the S&OP; process.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: (Responsibilities and tasks associated with the job) *limit to 8-10 bullets • Support, and drive procurement strategies for Events, Sales and Marketing category (e.g., Venues, Hotels, Catering, Transportation, Printed Materials, Consumer Promotion, Market Research, Digital MKT Services, Photo, etc.) across brands, including Cost, Supply Robustness, Innovation,



and Sustainability; translate business strategies into an aligned procurement category strategy.• Process and execute RFx including identification of vendors, proposal analysis and contract negotiation
