We are looking for a talented and motivated candidate to join our Marsh FACC
Team based in Mexico’s Office: Reinsurance Claims Leader

What can you expect?

The Claims Leader will be responsible for leading, developing and executing the
Marsh Re FAC Claims strategy in Mexico. This individual will serve as the senior
claims advisor to clients, brokers, reinsurers and internal stakeholders,
ensuring technical excellence, commercial impact and outstanding client
outcomes.
The role requires a highly experienced leader capable of building trusted
relationships across the market, driving collaboration between Placement and
Claims teams, and positioning Claims as a strategic differentiator for Marsh Re.




The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong
commercial acumen, executive presence and the ability to lead teams through
complex and high-value claims.
