Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized
Junior Project Manager
to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple teams. In this role, you will assist senior project managers in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities from initiation to completion.
- Track project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders and team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
- Support resource planning and task assignments.




- Ensure projects follow company standards, processes, and best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- CAPM certification or coursework in Project Management is an advantage.
