Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications. The adecuado candidate will have strong expertise in Java 8+ and modern backend development practices, along with hands-on experience in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Generative AI solutions. This role requires working on real-time production systems and leveraging agentic AI development patterns to build scalable, intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 8 and above.

Build and enhance microservices-based architectures for high-availability production systems.

Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions, including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and AI-powered workflows.





Implement agentic development patterns and AI orchestration frameworks to automate business processes and improve developer productivity.

Deploy and manage applications on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

Build and maintain Kubernetes-based deployments and containerized applications.

Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and QA teams.

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, performance tuning, and production support activities.

Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, and observability in real-time environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development (Java 8 or higher).

Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.

Experience working on real-time production projects in domains such as FinTech, Retail, E-commerce, Healthcare, Telecom, or Enterprise SaaS.
