We make direct response video ads for our ecommerce brand, and we are hiring a video editor to make them with us.

About the role

Full time and fully remote, for candidates based in Mexico. Every video you edit goes live with real advertising budget behind it, and you will see the performance data on your own work within days. Very few editing jobs show you that, and it is how you get very good, very fast.

What you will be making
- Ads edited from raw creator footage
- AI assisted video ads
- Animated ads
- Short form sales videos
- Fresh variations of every ad that performs well

Expected output is around 10 to 15 finished videos per week, including variations.

Responsibilities
- Edit video ads from creator footage, stock assets, and AI generated material
- Create hook variations and iterations of the best performing ads
- Work directly with the founder and media buyer on creative direction
- Keep projects organized and meet weekly delivery schedules

Qualifications
- Previous experience editing video ads for ecommerce brands or marketing agencies




- You understand marketing, not just editing: what a hook is, why pacing matters, and why the first seconds decide whether an ad lives or dies
- You already use AI video and audio tools in your weekly workflow
- Fast in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut. After Effects is a plus
- Fluent written English with clean caption grammar

Compensation and benefits

Base salary is 1,500 USD per month. On top of that we pay a performance bonus of up to 500 USD for every ad that meets our performance criteria, with no monthly limit. We also pay for the AI tools and courses you need for the role, and the base salary is reviewed as you deliver results.
