What you need:
- High school degree required
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience receiving calls in English or 3+ years of relevant experience in a Call Center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
