What you´ll do
* You will build and manage highly ambitious performing country team.
* You will have an overview of the country and manage Marketing, Logistics,




Operations, CS, etc.
* You will manage the P&L; and steer growth.
* You will have a strategic view on the country and tailoring the strategy to
ensure becoming the market leader.
* You will analyze and understand our growth structures (strategically and
operationally) to grow the market rapidly.
* You will identify, build value case, analyses and reports regarding growth
initiatives that contribute to significant sales.
* You will generate insights by developing a close and deep understanding of
our marketing channels, customers, key sales channels, and players, thus help
us understand the customer journey and improve our marketing efficiency in
Colombia.
* You will be truly entrepreneurial, bring a versatile skill set, your tasks
will range from user experience optimization to uncovering new sales channels
to identifying new product strategy.
