We’re looking for a Sr. Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced analyst ready to take ownership of complex, high-impact projects and drive data-led decision making across the organization in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sr. Data Analyst, you’ll work across our product, subscription, and hardware ecosystem to deliver insights that directly influence how we design experiences, retain users, and grow our business. You'll have the space to operate on complex, high-impact projects, mentor junior team members, and partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams across the US, Europe and Latin America.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze user behavior
across our cameras, doorbells, and subscription plans to uncover patterns, identify opportunities, and highlight risks
- Build dashboards and reports using




SQL and tools like Tableau or Looker
to track key business metrics: o Subscription conversion
- o Monthly active users (MAU)
- o Customer churn
- o Lifetime value (LTV)
- o Average revenue per user (ARPU)
- Partner with product teams to measure feature performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Work with our marketing and lifecycle teams to understand campaign performance and customer segmentation
- Support instrumentation and data QA by partnering with engineers to improve tracking and event quality
- Share insights with stakeholders through compelling storytelling and clear data visualizations

Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in a data analyst, BI analyst, Data Science or similar role
- Strong
SQL skills
– able to write clean, efficient queries and handle large datasets.
- Proven ability to build clear, compelling
data visualizations and dashboards
