Job Overview
El líder de procesos es responsable de impulsar la implementación y maduración del modelo de operaciones Hershey Lean en la planta, mediante un enfoque de desarrollar, implementar y trabajar los sistemas que propone el modelo como el camino para entregar estabilidad, predictibilidad, flexibilidad y agilidad a la operación en un ambiente de TPM; como líder de servicio, su experiencia deberá ayudar a desarrollar las habilidades técnicas y de comunicación en los operadores.

El líder de proceso es un miembro de la estructura del equipo de liderazgo de la unidad de negocio y trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el líder de BU, el líder de línea y el líder de confiabilidad, así como con el resto del core team.
