General Summary
We are seeking a Staff Workday Analyst - Total Rewards, with a primary focus on Advanced Compensation, to join our HR Technology Team. The ideal candidate will take on a key role in leading the configuration and improvement of Advanced Compensation, as well as providing support for either Core HCM or Talent and Performance processes. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys addressing complex challenges, collaborating across various teams, and contributing to the effectiveness of our global workforce.

This role requires full-time onsite work in Mexico City (5 days per week).
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday pro certification preferred but not required.

Education Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in information science, computer science, business or equivalent work experience.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation work streams, driving system design,



configuration and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.
- Must have hands-on experience in running larger integral enterprise annual review cycle process administration end to end
- Ability to manage / lead all aspects of SDLC including requirement gathering, project work plans, documentation, solution design, technical configuration, test development, and related deployment activities.
- Comfortable leading multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize decisions and tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, and business partners to define business processes, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions, and measure delivery results based on business need.
- Key decision-maker in solution design in collaboration with team lead and cross functional teams
- Serve as a Subject Matter Exp
