Job Summary – *(Role Summary)*
The Field Marketing Services Task Force Manager provides adaptable, interim support across the Field Marketing Services organization to ensure continuity, accelerate onboarding, and support key initiatives during periods of growth, transition, or change.
This role supports the development and execution of marketing plans, programs, promotions, processes, and communications across multiple functions, and leads assigned projects on a short- or long-term basis. The Task Force Manager operates as an agile, cross-functional resource, quickly adapting to business needs and delivering high-impact support where it is most critical.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – *(Key Activities)*
- INTERIM COVERAGE
Provide interim support across multiple functions within Field Marketing Services (AMER), stepping into active roles and workflows as needed. Supported functions may include:
- Account Management Team
Act as a direct point of contact for stakeholders and participating hotels. Drive client relationship management, strategic marketing planning,
and project management of Field Marketing service deliverables for an assigned hotel portfolio.
- Centralized Marketing Team
Support execution of marketing deliverables for hotels on bundled Commercial Services programs. Partner closely with Commercial Strategists to deliver revenue, sales, and marketing initiatives aligned to program objectives.
- Content Marketing Services Team
Support hotel content strategy and execution, including website content management, AI/SEO optimization, creative services, and social media management.
- Growth & Enablement Team
Provide support across Operations, Analytics, Strategy, and Business Development functions to enhance scalability, efficiency, and program growth.
SCALING SUPPORT
- Support pre-opening and renovation marketing programs, ensuring readiness and alignment with brand and Field Marketing standards
- Assist with onboarding and activation of new hotels
