Descripción del empleo
Provide technical and operational support to the automated production line to ensure compliance with the production schedule by performing basic equipment adjustments, responding to first-level equipment issues, and verifying the proper operation of robots, sensors, vision systems, and other automation devices.

Responsible for following up on the daily operational needs of the production line by ensuring the availability of materials, tools, and consumables through coordination with the appropriate departments. Maintains operational records and supports continuous improvement activities.



Works under the guidance of the Automation Specialist Technician, progressively developing technical knowledge and skills in automation and manufacturing processes.

Requisitos
Education
- Technical Degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electromechanics, Electronics, or a related field.
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).

Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Internship, co-op, or professional training experience will be considered.
- Experience with automated production lines is preferred.

Technical Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of industrial automation.
- Industrial sensors.
- Basic pneumatics.
- Basic industrial electrical systems.
- Operation of automated equipment.
- Basic knowledge of industrial robots (preferred).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
