We are seeking an Analyst, Retail Media Operations & Execution to support Walmart and Target eCommerce media. This role will act as a core executional and operational partner, ensuring campaigns, workflows, reporting, and content updates are delivered with accuracy, speed, and consistency.

This individual will play a critical role in maintaining day-to-day operational excellence, supporting agency coordination, managing workflows, and contributing to performance analysis. The idóneo candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams while driving follow-through and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management and Workflow Governance + Execution:
Support day-to-day management of retail media workstreams across Walmart and Target
Maintain visibility into project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
Track campaign execution, retail moments, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure deadlines are met
Own updates and maintenance of Project Management solution as the team’s central workflow tool




Track task assignments, timelines, and status across campaigns and agency deliverables
Ensure all workstreams are organized, up to date, and clearly communicated
Escalate risks or delays as needed

Agency & Cross-Functional Coordination:
Support day-to-day coordination with agency partners (Walmart Connect, Roundel)
Help manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal and external teams
Ensure requests are clearly communicated and executed efficiently
Deliver timely meeting recaps with key takeaways, action items, ownership and deadlines
Track and follow-up on all action items to ensure completion
Support development of creative briefs for Target (Roundel) campaigns
Translate campaign objectives into clear, structured creative inputs
Partner with internal teams to ensure briefs are accurate and actionable
Execute updates to Walmart Brand Shops, including product launches, creative upda
