Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The
Content Design Coordinator
is responsible for
leading the creation, execution, and delivery of complex design projects
across multiple platforms from print to digital and motion ensuring visual excellence, brand consistency,



and strategic alignment with client objectives.

This role combines
hands-on design expertise
with
team leadership and project coordination
, acting as the key link between creative vision and execution. The coordinator manages a team of junior designers (3–7), mentors them through the creative process, and collaborates closely with senior designers and managers to deliver high-quality, on-brand visual content.

The scope of the role includes
end-to-end project ownership; from
concept to final delivery; for
medium-complexity campaigns
such as multi-platform initiatives (POS, OOH, digital) and
advanced motion graphics projects
(brand videos, sizzles, animated ads). The position requires a strong balance of creative direction, stakeholder management, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
