We are seeking a
Commercial Executive
with proven experience in the maritime sector.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting, generating, and cultivating
relationships with new direct clients and freight forwarders within the maritime and logistics sectors, as well as managing and retaining the existing client portfolio.
- Overseeing and monitoring
maritime import and export operations in coordination with clients, carriers, and customs brokers.
- Drafting and developing
competitive quotes, commercial proposals, and comprehensive sales reports.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding
monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Compiling and evaluating
analytical data, sales statistics, performance reports, and executing database prospecting.

Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or a closely related field.
- Experience:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in maritime operations, logistics sales, import/export processes, or direct dealings with shipping lines.
- Languages:




Advanced English proficiency
(must)
, driven by frequent interaction with international shipping lines and overseas agents.
- Technical Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of maritime processes, booking procedures, freight tariffs, Incoterms, and shipment coordination.
- Core Skills:
Exceptional negotiation and communication capabilities, coupled with an unwavering commitment to client follow-up.
- Tools:
Proficiency in logistics management platforms, CRM systems, and standard office suites is highly desirable.
- Mobility:
Availability to conduct commercial visits and engage in field work as required.
- Assets:
An active and transferable client portfolio for export operations, specifically focused on the
Manzanillo - Asia trade lane.
