Purpose of the Role: Manage relationship with OEMs, primarily the “Big Three”. Build new Tier customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and products that are in demand by the marketplace, identify and qualify ancillary service providers, commercialize new business and seek to increase sales revenue / volume for assigned accounts.

Main Requirements and Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of OEM relationships i.e., OEM resin resale projects, contracts, addendums, quotations, rebates, price changes, color needs and resin specification awareness. In addition, assist internal Engineering Team to interface with OEM Materials Engineering.
Build Tier relationships, penetrate new accounts and develop new business with targeted customers through direct contact and coordination with appropriate internal support personnel.
Travel to visit and entertain customers as approved by Head of Sales & Marketing to accomplish assigned tasks.
Provide timely reports as directed by Head of Sales & Marketing concerning OEM issues, sales calls, program status, sample status,



program development timing as well as others that may be assigned from time to time.
Proactively manage and update the NAV project manager system and Caesar CRM for assigned accounts, including project information, customer information, progress notes, call reports, etc.
Assist in the negotiation and evaluation as well as risk assessment of customer contracts.
Assist in the evaluation, development, risk assessment and commercialization of new materials that are in demand by target customers.
Identify and determine capabilities of ancillary service providers to assist in product development.
Provide assistance in the preparation of and development and implementation of annual and multi-year marketing plans.
Maximize sales revenue by providing guidance of pricing policies, profitable margins and program priorities.
