About the role

The RAS Associate Manager is responsible for coordinating local regulatory contractors within the GEU LATAM countries (Central America, Andean and South Cone countries) for the smooth launch of new products of its brands, having appropriate regulatory support for new projects,



including integral enquiries, as well as for ensuring compliance throughout the whole product life cycle.

Your responsibilities
- Coordinate local regulatory contractors for delivering operational activities for regulatory compliance of Vestacy products in each GEU LATAM markets
- Ensure contractors to provide administrative support, such as artwork and advertising review
- Review that regulated claims are appropriately supported and provide guidance from Regulatory perspective as needed
- Support the development of Regulatory claims
- Support the brand development from Regulatory Affairs perspective
- Filing of product notifications to enable poison information centres to access formulation details
- Maintenance of product information in relevant data bases of Vestacy
- Perform Regulatory tasks in change control procedures
- Maintenance of internal Regulatory administrative data bases
- Prepare and compile glob
