Our client is looking for a proactive and results-driven
*Spanish Bilingual*
Sales Enrollment Coordinator
to help drive registrations across their camps, tryouts, and weekly core sessions. This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys direct outreach, and knows how to turn interest into confirmed sign-ups.

Schedule:
Remote, Part Time

Monday - Friday, flexible during EST business hours.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to leads via email, text, and phone calls to drive program registrations
- Follow up consistently with prospective participants to increase conversion rates
- Manage and nurture inbound inquiries, ensuring a seamless enrollment experience
- Track conversations, leads, and conversion metrics to optimize outreach efforts
- Identify opportunities to improve messaging and increase sign-ups across all programs
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize high-impact outreach during key registration periods




- Maintain organized records of all communications and pipeline activity

Requirements:
- Strong sales mindset with a focus on results and conversions
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls, texts, emails)
- Professional Spanish and English communication skills
- Professional communication and follow-up skills
- Highly proactive — someone who takes initiative rather than waits for direction
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
- Experience in sales, customer success, or enrollment roles is a plus
