Position Summary
The HR Manager will serve as the strategic people partner for RUI's Mexico City operation, responsible for driving organizational talent initiatives while ensuring sound day-to-day HR execution across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Talent Management
• Design and implement HR strategies aligned to site operational objectives.
• Lead performance management, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
• Partner with Workforce Management (WFM) to align hiring plans with capacity forecasts.
Recruitment and Selection
• Own full-cycle recruitment for the site across operational and leadership roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies tailored to the Mexico City talent market.
• Anticipate hiring needs in coordination with Operations and WFM to meet ramp timelines.
Daily HR Operations
• Manage employee relations, internal investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee payroll administration in compliance with the LFT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT.
• Administer the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, internal movements, and separations.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with federal and local labor regulations.
Culture and Engagement
• Drive engagement initiatives aimed at reducing attrition and strengthening site culture.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between employees and operational leadership.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 in a high-volume BPO or call center environment.
• Proven experience in both high-volume and professional-level recruitment.
• Strong command of Mexican labor law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and payroll compliance.
