The adecuado candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities

Strategic & Financial Planning: Drive the company's short-, medium-, and long-term financial strategy, aligning it with growth, infrastructure, or construction development goals.
Project-Based Financial Control: Implement and oversee cost control systems and profitability metrics per project (gross margins, budget variances, and project-specific cash flows).
Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Ensure the required liquidity for continuous project operations, managing working capital and optimizing billing, collections, and payment cycles for suppliers and subcontractors.
Financing & Banking Relations: Negotiate and structure credit lines, bridge loans ( créditos puente ),



factoring schemes, bonds, and guarantees required for bidding and contract execution.
Tax & Legal Compliance: Oversee the company’s tax strategy, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations (including labor withholdings, social security/IMSS for construction workers, and specialized subcontracting regulations like REPSE if operating in Mexico).
Investment Evaluation (M&A; / Capex): Analyze the financial viability of new projects, heavy machinery procurement, land bank acquisitions, or joint-venture schemes (Public-Private Partnerships, Trusts/Fideicomisos).
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with fluctuating raw material prices (steel, cement), interest rates, and currency exchange rates.

Qualifications
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- 7 - 10 years' of finance experience
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
