Customer Service Representative (English Required) Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico
On-site | Full-time
based company that provides pre-purchase vehicle inspections across the United States. S. customers and a nationwide network of independent mechanics to help buyers make informed decisions before purchasing a vehicle.
We are building our call center operations in Matamoros and are looking for English-speaking Customer Service Representatives who are professional, courteous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally in English
Multitask efficiently between calls, emails, and web-based tools
Excellent spoken English — required
Comfortable using web-based systems and email
Customer service or call center experience is a plus (not required)
Full-time, on-site
