The Contract & Claim Manager will report operationally to the Project Lead, who will act as the main point of contact, (FIDIC and No FIDIC) for task planning, supervision, and performance review. The CCM will also coordinate closely with the Project Lead and relevant functional teams. Formal validations will be performed by Legal, Procurement, Finance, and PMO as per internal governance.
Overview of the role
Overseeing the contractual and claims management process during execution
Collaborating with multiple teams to optimize project outcomes
Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and helping mitigate risks
Overseeing project execution and leading the contract management execution strategy
Helping ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget, as much as possible
