We are looking for a Junior Asset Management Analyst to join our team. The adecuado candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a proactive, hands-on mindset — comfortable monitoring our portfolio assets while also managing the administrative processes that keep operations running smoothly. Continuously monitor portfolio property performance (income, expenses, financing service, and budget alignment).
Collaborate with the Investment Team to accurately track and report investment returns and proactively identify value-add opportunities to enhance property performance and drive portfolio value expansion.




Prepare quarterly area-related reports to senior management reflecting portfolio performance and providing transparent and strategic insights into investment profitability.
Prepare monthly cash flow reconciliations in collaboration with the Accounting Team to ensure accurate financial records.
Maintain clear and timely communication with external parties such as fiduciaries and banks, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and supporting the smooth operational functioning of the funds.

Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting or asset management, preferably within the real estate industry or private equity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Proactive and self-driven, capable of taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
